The “MEETINGS. “ON OUR PATHS: WITH YOU II.” the main purpose of the discussion supplementing the exhibition is to form a perspective, so that the world of individuals with limited mobility in our society appears more prominently in the public consciousness. He draws attention to the fact that the duality of design and technology, as a problem-solving tool, enables our designers to create with appropriate sensitivity. The importance of a barrier-free environment cannot be emphasized enough!
The professional attitude of the participants in the discussion ensures that the theoretical, as well as the designer and “user” viewpoints will be presented on the program.
During the one-hour conversation, they discuss the need to design barrier-free, fashionable clothes and modern-looking medical aids adapted to individual expectations, the effects of prostheses and orthoses on the user experience, but also the difficulties of their accessibility.
The guests participating in the round table talk about the important role of the movement improvement institution and the routes leading to the Paralympics. The importance of an inclusive approach that pays attention to the other is also discussed in connection with the topic of body ethics.
