LOWBROW GOES ON – VOID

VOID is a well-known artist on the Hungarian Street Art scene. In addition to regularly completing outdoor and indoor murals, he also takes on graphic design commissions. His favorite subject is the face and its expressions, which he creatively combines with his surroundings, especially in his street art. It is as if these human features were always there, and all it took was a little paint (makeup) for us to notice them. He pays tribute to people he admires who have recently passed with caricatures, keeping alive a genre which hardly exists today, despite its important role in the proliferation of 19th-century comic or realistic graphics in the press, as well as in the later development of comics and animated films.
