How is a play created? How many hands move the puppets? How can you squint with a kitten? What is bunraku? Students can get answers to such and similar questions during the interactive class session. At the exhibition presenting the creative teamwork of the Budapest Puppet Theatre, we can see nearly 150 puppets and numerous archive posters.
Organized on the occasion of the Budapest 150 series of events, ALL DOLLS! The exhibition provides insight into the 74-year history of the Budapest Puppet Theatre. The exhibition, undertaking a kind of historical overview, presents the puppets and designers of different eras, among whom were also renowned painters associated with the European School.
