In our exhibition “Patterns”, we present the embroidered works of 14 contemporary artists or works that evoke the technique and visuality of embroidery. Between the canvases and the motifs, we have the opportunity to review our usual, shared or private patterns – while gaining an insight into a particularly exciting slice of contemporary fine art.
Hatha yoga instructor Kristóf Schneider put together a yoga class for adults especially for this exhibition. (If you arrive with a small child over 4 years old, we will provide childcare combined with creative work during the yoga class.)
The 60-minute day-starting yoga will be held on Friday, July 15, 2022, between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. in the exhibition space. After moving together, we have the opportunity to talk about the exhibition over a delicious tea – in the context of a short guided tour.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Start at 9 o’clock. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts!
If we do yoga, the yoga class will be 60 minutes. We also welcome complete beginners!
Due to the gallery’s function, it does not have a dressing room, so we would like to ask everyone to come to the class in the appropriate attire.
If you have a yoga mat, bring it with you – but you can also bring a towel instead.
Participation in yoga is subject to registration. You can register at deak17galeria@gmail.com. A maximum of 15 people can take part in the class, places are reserved in the order of applications.
We look forward to seeing you!
