Benjamin Chaud, the world-renowned French illustrator and children’s book author, creates a world where people and animals live together in harmony, where rich detail and humour are central. As part of the PesText International Festival of Literature and Culture, Chaud will hold a workshop in our gallery.
The programme is free of charge but registration is required and is welcome by email to regisztracio@miszje.hu by 25 September 2024.
The programme will be held in English. This intermediate workshop is for participants who already have some experience as illustrators. The event will be open to a maximum of 12 participants and the workshops are not consecutive, so you can register for both days.
“The subject or theme should be around illustration: build a narrative image, how to express yourself graphically by struggling with experimenting new techniques (improvisation, painting, collages).”
