For the past thirty years, since its founding, the C³ Center for Culture & Communication has been dedicated to exploring the intersections of art, science, and technology. This exhibition not only revisits this intellectual legacy through a selection of earlier works by artists associated with the institution, but also examines its continued relevance through the production and presentation of new commissions. Like the metaphor of the Time Crystal, the encounter between these works creates a unique refraction in which future-oriented thinking and remembrance are projected onto one another.
Bringing together works from the past and the present, the exhibition explores the intersections of art, science and technology, as well as the possibilities of remembrance and future-oriented thinking, in dialogue with C³’s activities.
