The exhibition presents works created by the Inclusive Team of the Hand in Hand Foundation’s “Together for Diverse Communities” project. Through their personal stories and collaborative creative process, the participants reflect on what it means to belong to a community, what makes an environment truly inclusive, and where they feel most at home.
