Building:

The Gallery is situated on the first floor of a residential building (including a mezzanine level). Visitors are kindly asked to ring bell number 7 on the intercom, and a member of staff will grant access.
The staircase is located directly opposite the entrance, while the lift can be found in the corridor to the left of the entrance, beyond the mailboxes and before the inner courtyard.
In the spirit of inclusion, Easy-to-Read (ETR) signs guide visitors from the entrance throughout the stairwell and Gallery spaces. These visual aids support not only visitors with intellectual disabilities, but also young children and early readers.
The Gallery is easily accessible for visitors using non-electric wheelchairs or strollers. A ramp is available at the entrance, and the building is equipped with a lift, making it possible to reach the Gallery without using the stairs. An accessible restroom is also available on site. All Gallery spaces are child-friendly and safe for young visitors.

Approaching the Gallery:

The width of the lift entrance is 68 cm. The interior floor plan of the lift is irregular in shape, with a slightly angled rear-right corner. Its internal dimensions are approximately 92 × 106 cm. Please note that electric wheelchairs cannot be accommodated in the lift.
A mobile ramp is available for the staircase leading to the rear emergency exit entrance. To arrange its use, please contact the Gallery in advance.
The Gallery can also be reached via a total of 60 steps, including a mezzanine level and a spiral staircase, at the top of which visitors will find the Gallery’s large glass entrance doors on the first floor.

Rest Area and Cloakroom:

Upon entering the Gallery, visitors are welcomed by a member of staff at the reception desk. Following a brief introduction and overview of visitor guidelines, guests are directed through the reception area with the assistance of clearly marked pictograms. Separate pictograms indicate the cloakroom area, restroom facilities, and relaxation corner.
The rest area and cloakroom are located to the right of the entrance and are fully accessible.
Visitors are welcome to consume food and beverages at the tables in the rest area, however, we kindly ask that no food or drinks be taken into the exhibition spaces.
Easy-to-Read exhibition guides in both Hungarian and English are available near the coat racks in the cloakroom area.
Small mobility devices (such as children’s bicycles, scooters, ride-on toys, roller skates, skateboards, etc.) may be brought inside only if they can be stored in the cloakroom. Bicycles are not permitted inside the Gallery. Strollers are welcome, however, we kindly ask visitors to leave them in the cloakroom area whenever possible.

The accessible restroom is located to the right of the entrance and can be reached without barriers.
The restroom includes an accessible and baby-friendly toilet, as well as a child toilet seat, step stool, and baby changing station.
The doorway to the accessible restroom is 110 cm wide, and the room measures 160 × 205 cm.
